We strive to get your bike repaired as quickly and perfectly as possible, usually same day service. If you are in a real rush we can expedite your repair for an additional fee 

We are happy to give you a fee estimate for your repair. If you are on a budget, tell us what you want done and we will do our best to work within your budget

We strive to use the safest environmentally friendly ways and and we recycle as much as we can (including bike tires and tubes) 

We will fix any mechanical issue of an e bike (tires, brakes, gears, etc), but we will NOT touch the electronics portion. The exception is if you bought the e bike from us, we will repair anything it needs. ***YOU MUST TAKE YOUR BATTERY WITH YOU IF YOU ARE DROPPING OFF YOUR E BIKE FOR REPAIR***
